The ICDVRAT conference Series provides a forum for international experts and researchers to present and review how advances in the general area of virtual reality can be used in the area of disabilities, rehabilitation and education.  High quality papers are sought in which technical innovation is backed up by evidence of original and practical implementation, or which promise practical implementation in the very near future.  The research presented at the conference will be published in a peer reviewed proceedings which will be made widely available through the ICDVRAT Online Archive at www.icdvrat.org/archive.htm.

As a special theme for ICDVRAT 2018, we encourage papers describing involvement of end users in research projects, their experiences and influence on project outcomes.  Papers accepted for the conference require the registration of at least one of the authors as a Full Delegate or Full Student Delegate to the conference.

Instructions for Authors:

A template suitable for long and short papers is attached with additional guidance notes for authors.

Finally please observe the following instructions:

Ensure that your paper is in the correct ICDVRAT 2018 format, and within the page length limits, inclusive of illustrations.

i).       Full Papers must be a minimum of 6 pages and will be no longer than 8 pages.

ii).     Short Papers must be a minimum of 2 pages and are limited to a maximum of 4 pages;

iii).   Illustrations must be clearly legible but not oversized.

iv).   Upload your completed paper (and explicit copyright agreement), in Word Format, by the relevant deadline, to https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icdvrat2018

v).     Keep a copy of your manuscript
